How long does it take for my carpets to get cleaned?
Carpet cleaning can take anywhere between 1-2 hours depending on the amount of rooms and room sizes that are scoped for cleaning.
How long does it take for my carpets to dry?
Should I Stay off my carpets while they dry?
Yes, we recommend staying off carpets until they’re completely dry to prevent re-soiling and ensure the best cleaning results. If you must walk on them, wear clean socks or shoe covers and limit foot traffic.
When should I move the furniture back onto my carpet?
Wait at least 24 hours before placing furniture back onto the carpet to prevent rust spots or stains. Keep any furniture tabs we provided in place until the carpet is fully dry. We are not responsible for stains caused by returning furniture too soon.
should i vacuum before you arrive?
If you have pets and visible pet fur, we recommend vacuuming before we arrive. Otherwise, please remove small items like coins, beads, elastics, or paperclips from the floor, as these can clog our equipment.
Is spot and stain removal included in cleanings?
We pre-treat the entire area to address traffic patterns and water-soluble stains. Some stains, such as wine, rust, paint, makeup, furniture stains, and urine, may require extra treatment at an additional charge. While we can remove most stains, we cannot guarantee results for permanent stains, including red and furniture stains, which are often impossible to fully remove.
Do you move furniture?
We can move light furniture such as couches, chairs, and small tables, but we typically do not move heavy or fragile items like beds and dressers. Please avoid moving furniture to the middle of the room. If you’d like carpet under heavier furniture cleaned, we ask that you move these items to an area not being cleaned before our arrival.
How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
We recommend cleaning carpets every 12 to 18 months, or more frequently if you have pets or children. The longer carpets go without cleaning, the harder they are to clean effectively.

When should I expect you to arrive for my appointment?
We schedule appointments within four-hour time windows. Factors like traffic or earlier appointments running overtime can occasionally cause delays. If we’re running late, we’ll contact you as soon as possible.
